I am László Barna, and you can call me Laci. Music, events and communication have been part of my life since my teenage years.
I started DJing in secondary school and later worked as a radio presenter, sometimes living through entire nights on air from 20:00 until 05:00. Those years taught me rhythm, speech, timing and presence.
For almost two decades I worked alongside some of Hungary’s most experienced wedding DJs as a master of ceremonies and coordinator. In total I have been involved in around 800 weddings, corporate events and conferences.
After decades of directing weddings, I wanted to step away from the responsibility of running the whole day. Music remained the part that relaxes and energises me. I still offer experience and advice, but no longer provide the full master of ceremonies service.
Doppio means a double espresso. For years it was the coffee that gave me an extra push. The idea behind DJ Doppio is similar: the right music should add energy, wake up the body and bring the dance floor to life. Let there be dancing.
Registered member of the Hungarian DJ Association – Magyar Lemezlovas Egyesület. My professional DJ activity is now based exclusively in Cyprus.
